Austin Science Fun Day
Amit2023-03-31T16:35:20+00:00Members from across the TyRex Technology Family, spearheaded by President Matt Ache of the iRex Group, descended upon the UT campus March 6 in support of Austin Science Fun Day, an annual children’s event. Education Coordinator Dianne Folkerth and Director Dr. Edward C. Theriot sent the following note of appreciation to Ache:
“We wanted to extend our sincere thanks for your help with Austin Science Fun Day this year. It is a great way to encourage kids and community members to participate in science, and to have fun doing it.
Austin Science Fun Day is one of the museum’s most important community-service programs, and it would not be the same without great volunteer support from organizations like iRex. I want to especially thank Frank Driskill, Evelyn Sher, Brian Crowell, Lou Moray, John Sansoucy, Marc Carlson, Tim Thomas, Nancy Bosch, Amy Bosch, Trevor Thomas and you. Together your organization gave over 44 volunteer hours.”
